Discorduo by Creole AITerms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Discorduo browser extension, website and related services (the “Service”) provided by Creole AI. By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Discorduo lets you export conversations you can already access in your own browser session and analyze the saved data locally. The current version exports one channel at a time. Attachment links may expire, and we do not guarantee compatibility with future changes made by Discord.
3. No affiliation
Discorduo is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. “Discord” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe compatibility.
4. Your responsibilities
You may export only conversations you are authorized to access and use. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, the terms of any platform whose content you access, and the privacy of other participants. You will not use the Service to harass, to infringe rights, or to circumvent security or usage limits. Use of third-party platforms through the Service may be subject to those platforms’ own terms and may carry risks, including restrictions on your account on that platform; you use the Service at your own risk.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
Free and paid plans, prices and usage limits are shown on our website and in the extension. Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, and Paddle’s terms apply to the transaction. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled; you can cancel at any time from the extension’s subscription management link, effective at the end of the current paid period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for the features and monthly limits of the stated plan, for as long as we offer the Service. Taxes are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software, branding and documentation. You keep all rights to your content and to the files you export. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension in accordance with these terms.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update plan limits or prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that exports will be complete or error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creole AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of accounts or access on third-party platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abuse. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
